Authentic Italian light pizza base from highly hydrated dough, made from a blend of wheat, rice and soy flour and a sourdough starter, enriched with virgin olive oil. The long & gentle kneading process together with a maturation time up to 48 hours result in a thin, crispy and moist pizza base. Hand-stretched.
